Press high quality fruit, ferment the juice, put it in a bottle.  We believe one of the keys to creating great cider is to have control over the entire process. For this reason, we do the pressing, fermentation, blending and bottling all right here on the farm.”

This is Vashon’s newest edition and we are totally excited about it. Cliff and his team have been working on Vashon Island beers for a long time. Soon they will have a community pub up and running right across from the Vashon Island Library right in town.
